SHIPPING & RETURNS

Due to having to get an Import/Export License, any buyers in the U.S.A. will have a maximum wait time of 1 month before I can mail out your shell.

I have to make a 5 hour one way trip to Nogales, Arizona and be inspected by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife.  I also have to pay a fee of $100.00 each time I go for inspection.  So logistically I will only be going once a month probably around the 15th of each month.

Any other International buyers, I will be sending directly from Mexico and your shells should be mailed out within 3-5 business days.  

I will provide tracking numbers on every order..

The website is new, and I am certain there will be minor problems starting out.  But my customers who know me from Ebay, understand that with patience, I will make every effort to remedy and make right any situation.  Please have some patience.
